| If you don’t have any idea what to put on the Christmas table you are in luck. With this sweet example of homemade house of cookies, you can easily surprise your family and guests. Take a look at what are the necessary steps and in a matter of time, you will be ready for your special Christmas. • rectangular biscuits and wafers; • thick cream; • chocolate and candy; • a paper bag; • knife; • plate; Make a thick cream to use instead of industrial bakery glue. The foundation will be a big plate, preferably not a white but a colored one. Form 4 `walls` from your pieces of biscuits to start the construction. Make sure you have two sizes of rectangular shape, one smaller and one larger. Two of the rectangle walls must be fashioned into support for the roof; so shape one of the bigger biscuits into a rectangle plus a triangle on top. Follow the images to have a guide. Then, use the cream to stick the structure on the foundation. For the roof you will need to adhere together, with cream, 2 pieces of biscuits. Do this while you position them on the special crafted walls. Continue to decorate the roof with rectangular-shaped pieces of waffle. Use the cream again to make them stick on the roof and onto each other. Be careful not to overuse. Start from the bottom row and make your way to the top one. You can now freely decorate the house. Let your imagination run wild and put some candy on top of the roof as well as in the `yard`. You can also add an extra door, made from one of the biscuits. Use excess cream to simulate snow on and around your very own house made out of candy. |
